Glass Studio™ is an
imaging instrument that allows you to try new complete spectacles, frame and
lenses together, before they are made, and also for trying on coloured contact
lenses prior to putting them onto the eyes.
How does it
work?

Glass
Studio™ includes a video camera to take pictures and a computer to process
and show them.

First,
it captures still images of you wearing your selected frames, and shows
them on the screen, to simplify your frame choice.

After
a frame is chosen, the system finds the frame's shape on the screen, and
modifies the pictures, putting lenses into the frame and simulating the
patient's appearance in complete spectacles.

Future
lenses are also scrutinised in 3D close-up views, thickness, weight and UV
protection calculations, photochromics are shown in changing light
conditions.

The
consultation is under your full control, can be terminated and resumed at any
point, run fully or in part, and provides visual assistance at any stage of
