are experienced in the management of cataracts,
keratoconus and "dry eye".

Every child is entitled to a free eye examination under the NHS, however a
recent study found that 74% of children have never
had an eye examination. Children who need glasses but do not have them often
do much worse at school then they are capable of and so it is a good idea
to have your child's eyes examined when they are of school age. This
practice particularly welcomes children with their special needs and we can also fit children with contact lenses at
an appropriate age.
Some children have reading and writing difficulties such as dyslexia that can benefit from coloured overlays or
